Please join us at the Library on Halloween, October 31st from 3 - 6 pm for our annual trick-or-treating for books event.  Kids, ghosts, goblins, and ghouls are invited to come in costume and pick out a free book, thanks to a generous donation from the Friends of the Orcas Island Library.
