The Board of Trustees ordinarily meets at the library at 3:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month HOWEVER for Jan. 2026 the meeting will be the third Thursday, Jan. 15. The public is welcome to attend in person or on Zoom.

Pursuant to RCW 43.09.230, the Library transmits to the Washington State Auditor's Office financial reports covering the full period of each fiscal year. These reports are prepared, certified, and filed with the state auditor within one hundred fifty days after the close of each fiscal year.
