Washington State Library
The Washington State Library's vision is to ensure that Washingtonians have access to the information they need today and to the history of Washington for tomorrow. Its mission and purpose is to collect, preserve, and make accessible to Washingtonians materials on the government, history, culture, and natural resources of the state; to provide leadership and coordination of services to all libraries in the state of Washington; to support the information needs of residents in state institutions and of the visually impaired; to serve as the primary source in the region for published information from the federal government.

GPO Access is a service of the U.S. Government Printing Office that provides free electronic access to a wealth of important information products produced by the Federal Government. The information provided on this site is the official, published version and the information retrieved from GPO Access can be used without restriction, unless specifically noted. The Library of Congress

THOMAS: Legislative Information from the Library of Congress
THOMAS is the database of United States Congress legislative information. It is a comprehensive, Internet-accessible source of information on the activities of Congress, including: bills & resolutions (the texts of bills and resolutions, summaries and status, voting results, icluding how individual members voted), the Congressional Record (including the daily digest), presidential nominations, and treaties.
