The Library hosts two book clubs for teens!

Teen Librarian Holly King makes the book clubs happen. There's one for middle school students (grades 7 & 8) that meets on the first Thursday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. in the meeting room. Another is just for high school students (grades 9 thru 12) and meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 3:15 to 4:30. Participants pick the books for the clubs to read and discuss, and the Friends of the Library provide FREE copies of the book to each club member. Friends also buy the snacks for the meetings. Yum! The clubs meet during the school year. Interested? Call or email Holly at the Library at 376-4985.

The first meeting for the school year was held on October 26th - we made sock puppets! See the slideshows below.
