provides brief answers to factual questions as well as suggestions
for resources which might help you find what you need.
To make this service
most effective, and to help us answer your question correctly, please
be as specific as possible in your request. Try to provide as many
details as you can: The Who, What, Where, When, Why (the last is
not required but often does help us find answers for you). Please
tell us if you have a deadline after which you cannot use the information.
Normally, we will
respond to you by e-mail with an answer or a suggestion on how to
further pursue your question by the close of the next business day,
Monday through Thursday. Some questions may take longer. If you
